You start with 100 points

For a while I’ve had this theory that you start every relationship with 100 points.

Everytime you do something great in the relationship you get extra points. Like delivering your best work on time.

Likewise every time you do something not so great you lose some points. Like missing a planned phone catchup.

Points over 100 are much harder to earn, just as points below 50 are much easier to lose.
